Do you integrate with 3rd parties?

Mast is an API-first platform and can be integrated with any 3rd party involved in the mortgage lending journey. We have integrations with Lending Metrics, LexisNexis, Synetics Solutions, Quest, and the FCA register all live today. Some integrations involving new functionality could require additional customisation work.

How long does it take to implement Mast?

Implementation can be from weeks to months time depending on the complexity of the build.

Will we need to pay for regular upgrades to the Mast platform?

No! Mast is delivered as a SaaS product and is accessed via a web browser. The platform is seamlessly updated with bug fixes, change requests and new features constantly. All without any downtime.

Can you process Commercial, Self-Build, Shared Ownership, Limited Company BTL, Expat applications?

Managing products in Mast is a doddle. The Product Engine enables lenders to create, update or clone products in just a couple of minutes, without writing any code. Lenders can withdraw products in just a couple of clicks.

Where is the Mast Platform hosted?

The Mast Platform is hosted in the EU and UK on AWS.

What are your security credentials?

We take security very seriously. Mast is ISO27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certified.
